This TA Activity provided training to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru (MINCETUR) to strengthen the capacity of trade policy officials to design and implement impact evaluations of policies, strategies, programs or specific policy interventions in place or contemplated in the foreign trade sector, including trade agreements.
